The Tech Den has found a permanent home at 6214 Forsyth Blvd and is open for business! Forsyth House (once used as a hub for Sam Fox administrators) was completely renovated and redesigned to meet the technology needs of graduate, professional, and commuter students at the university.

During the university’s COVID-19 response efforts, the Tech Den, launched in August 2020, was developed to bridge graduate student technology support gaps. Through June 2021, the Liberman Graduate Center, located on the third floor of the DUC, provided temporary offices for Tech Den staff and clients. In October 2021, extensive research and renovation efforts were completed for the new permanent location at 6214 Forsyth Blvd.

The Tech Den features a graduate student lounge, reservable conference room, student-centered service desk, and a post-production area for 3D prototyping. Programs and service offerings are tailored to meet the complex and evolving needs of all students attending this world-class institution, regardless of residency. A Tech Den event to welcome everyone is planned for the spring.
